The Dark Valkyrie is a true scion of the Multiverse. The sole survivor of a Dead Reality, the Dark Valkyrie survived the coming of Ragnarök in her dimension and escaped to the Multiverse only to find herself alone and without purpose until found by the Arcane Theocracy. The dark Valkyrie is a unique life form of incredible strength, endurance, and presence as such became the ideal person to train the legions of feral nightmare worlds to fill the ranks of the Theocracy’s military. She quickly rose to the position of Queen of Swords and her “Valkyrie Reviews” of the dark legions and fleets where she is known to reward excellence and punish incompetence brutally are the legends that maintain discipline in an army of villains serving selfish goals. However feared and powerful she may be in the Theocracy she still chafes to be beholden to the King of Swords and hopes to see them retired sooner than later.
The Dark Valkyrie is a lone survivor of a nightmare world that met it’s prophetic end and as such is a powerful being in her own right yet power without purpose and ambition is maddening and the dark Valkyrie craves challenge and the conquest of opponent both on the battle field and off. The Dark Valkyrie must advance and improve her station regularly merely to keep herself tested and battle ready.
