The Master Smuggler is the happiest person you’ll ever meet. Smuggler has a contact list a mile long of people who can either get, steal, transport or buy (yuck) the supplies requested by the Quartermaster. Smuggler also maintains their own airship and crew for the remote areas, but generally utilizes the fleet of trains operated by Vanderbilt, The Chariot, to move the requested goods and services around the multiverse. Smuggler knows that without the logistical support of Vanderbilt and their own airship crew, they would not be as far along as they are. Smuggler wants to slow down and enjoy what has been accomplished but has gotten bit by the ambition bug and feels they could possibly do the role that the Quartermaster is doing. Smuggler does not see the Quartermaster as a rival, more of an ally, but if they want to advance, that may be one of their only avenues for promotion.
Smuggler is soft spoken until agitated then the entire room will hear what is on his mind. Smuggler values his allies and will go to great lengths to protect them. Smuggler is worried that he may not be able to advance, so the game will be played to see if they can get the Quartermaster promoted either in the House of Cups or the Arcane Theocracy so they can shoehorn themselves into the position the Quartermaster vacates.
