The Grand Marshal has had their fill of the armies of darkness. Over two centuries the Marshal has mustered legions of villainy to conquer worlds across time and space. The Marshal has served several evil crusades under several banners including the most recently ascendant Arcane Theocracy and is an expert at assimilating forces into new doctrines while adapting them to new structure imposed by new administration. This ability to instinctively organize military personnel, weaponry, and personnel has made the Grand Marshal invaluable to multiple overlords but now the Grand Marshal has made clear his intention to retire from the service of Villainy and step down as the King of Swords passing on the House of Swords to an heir of their choosing.
The Grand Marshal is brilliant master of the villainous art of war but no longer wishes to play The Game and as such wishes to step aside but only if they hand their crown to an heir of their choosing.
